Shipping Policies:

All Domestic Orders are made via standard USPS shipping. Most orders are shipped within two or three days. You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your order. For all international orders, please contact our sales department at sales@kududesigns.com.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges). Simply mail the purchase back to us and we will issue you a check or a credit card refund within 14 days of receipt. (We cannot accept merchandise which has been damaged in the return process.  Clips must be packaged in a padded envelope for safety).
